01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the 98 Hibajee platform (website and mobile application). By creating an account or using this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Please read this entire document carefully before using our services. If you disagree with any of the terms, please do not use 98 Hibajee. For any questions, contact our support team.

98 Hibajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

02 Registration & Account Terms

To register on 98 Hibajee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each person may only create one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If any information provided at registration changes, it must be updated immediately.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to make withdrawals on 98 Hibajee. You must submit one of the following government-issued ID documents:

• Driving License

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

03 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bets placed before a match begins are considered pre-match bets.
• Odds may change during a match in Live Betting.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to an error, 98 Hibajee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a bet fails to process due to a technical issue, the deposited amount will be refunded.

If a Match Is Cancelled or Postponed

If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded. However, if the match resumes within the scheduled timeframe, the original bet will remain valid.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Amounts

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each market. These limits may vary by event and market, and are clearly displayed within each betting market.

04 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 business hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Once a withdrawal request has been approved, it cannot be cancelled.
• Funds will only be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

Currency

All transactions on 98 Hibajee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Standard exchange rates apply for any transactions involving foreign currency.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

98 Hibajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Accepting a bonus is optional — you can decline any bonus offer if you choose.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; specific wagering requirements must be met first.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98 Hibajee. Involvement in any of them will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary:

1. Participating in or facilitating match fixing or score manipulation.
2. Placing bets using bots or automated software.
3. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
4. Creating an account using another person's identity.
5. Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
6. Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
7. Abusing the bonus system or using hedging strategies.
8. Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other members.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

98 Hibajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If registration is completed using false or inaccurate information.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

If you wish to close your account yourself

08 Responsible Gaming

98 Hibajee is committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why our platform offers:

10 Legal Provisions & Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

• 98 Hibajee is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• 98 Hibajee is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Any financial losses from betting are solely the member's own responsibility.
